Oven: Put the baking tray on the middle rail and prehead the oven to 220°C ( circulation air oven: 200°C, Gasoven 8 ), put the frozen fish fingers onto the baking tray and bake them for 14 minutes. Turn the fish finger once.
Pan. Put the deep frozen product in a pan with hot oil.Fry at moderate heat 5-8 minutes.
