Préparation

Oven: 1. Put the baking tray on the top rail and preheat the oven at 220°C 2. Put the baking paper onto the baking tray. 3. Put the frozen fish fingers onto the baking tray and bake them for 15-17 minutes. Turn the fish fingers once after 10 minutes.
Circulation Air Oven: 1. Put the baking tray on the middle rail and preheat the oven at 220°C 2. Put the baking paper onto the baking tray. 3. Put the frozen fish fingers onto the baking tray and bake them for 13-15 minutes. Turn the fish fingers once after 10 minutes.
Pan: Put the deep frozen product in a pan with hot oil, fry 6-8 minutes.
Deep fat fryer: Fry 3-4 minutes at 170°C

Conservation

Store in a freezer at -18°C or cooler
