Préparation

Pan. Put the deep frozen product in a pan with hot oil.Fry at moderate heat 5-8 minutes.
Deep fat fryer: At 170°C for approx. 3-4 minutes.
Oven: 1. Put the baking tray on the top rail and preheat the oven at 225°C 2. Put the baking paper onto the baking tray. 3. Put the frozen fish fingers onto the baking tray and bake them for 13-15 minutes. Turn the fish fingers once after 10 minutes.
Circulation Air Oven: 1. Put the baking tray on the middle rail and preheat the oven at 210°C 2. Put the baking paper onto the baking tray. 3. Put the frozen fish fingers onto the baking tray and bake them for 13-15 minutes. Turn the fish fingers once after 10 minutes.
