Microwave: Put the fillets into a microwaveable dish with lid. 1 fillet 600 Watt min 2 fillets 600 Watt 7 min 1 fillet 750 Watt 4 min30 2 fillets 750 Watt 6 min30 1 fillet 850 Watt 4 min 2 fillets 850 Watt 6 min 1 fillet 1000 Watt 3 min30 2 fillets 1000 Watt 5 min30 Wait one minute before serving.
Pan: Put the deep frozen fillets into a pan without fat. Fry at moderate heat for 8-10 minutes, turn portion several times.
Oven: Preheat oven incl. baking tray. Put the fillet into an ovenable form. Circulating air oven: 200°C on middle rail, 18-20 minutes. Gas cooker: Level 3 to 4 on the middle rail for 24-26 minutes. Oven: 200°C on middle rail, 24-26 minutes.
